"Despite the tense economic situation in the country and in the world, our factory managed not only to stay afloat, but also to expand its production facilities, build long–term relationships with partners, as well as fulfill obligations to key customers," says Tatiana Yuryevna Viletnik, Head of the Supply and Sales Department of SCHSTF CJSC.
Currently, the company produces about 100 articles of fabrics for various purposes from polyamide, polyester threads, cotton and aramid threads, Ruslan and SVM threads. Recently, a course has also been taken on the development of the civil sphere – samples of lining, costume, magpie fabrics and fabrics for sewing workwear have been developed.
According to Viletnik, manufacturers (and not only from Russia) are showing increasing interest in the fabrics of domestic factories: "It does not depend on sanctions, it's just that domestic factories have begun to pay more attention not only to the quality, but also to the aesthetic properties of the fabric, which is especially important for the production of clothing and accessories."
"Technical fabric with water–repellent impregnation, article 84377 BO, has become the main novelty of the autumn – 2023 season, developed by technologists of our factory," says Tatiana Viletnik. – The fabric is produced from a complex aramid thread 110 mm, plain weave, which gives greater density and good breaking performance under load, has high water-repellent properties. And when applying pretreatment of threads with an oiling agent, electrification decreases. The material is non-toxic and does not have a harmful effect on the human body in direct contact."
