Innovative analogues of sintepon will be presented at the exhibition by Terratex

Sintepon is one of the most popular materials among manufacturers of outerwear. Russian manufacturing companies are largely innovators here, as will be seen at the international exhibition "TECHNICAL TEXTILES-2024.Spring" is a new platform for the demonstration of specialized textile materials. For example, the enterprise from Fryazino "Terratex", taking part in the exhibition, seeks first of all to solve the problem of promoting on the market nonwovens of the brand of highly siliconized microfibre Texton, an innovative analogue of sintepon. This development of the company is distinguished by improved functional characteristics – for example, it retains heat twice as well at the same thickness from other manufacturers.
Texton Swan Layer is a very soft, comfortable polyester fibers with microlinear density, which are produced using direct spinning technology and are extremely in demand by manufacturers of children's clothing and a luxury range of jackets. According to representatives of the company, this fiber can compete in its characteristics with natural down, and at the same time is a hypoallergenic insulation.
"Our hobby is insulation for clothes, telekinetic fabric for clothes – Texton," the company says. – Different densities – from 80 to 300. The material does not retain water – if it gets wet, it does not retain moisture due to the processing of fibers with silicone. He has excellent recoverability. It is voluminous, lush, fluffy. In products, it looks very, very impressive, let's say. It turns out a very beautiful, good stitch. Very dense material. In the production of blankets, very warm products are obtained from it. We have carried out all tests for all densities, all this is confirmed, including the quality of the material."
At the stand of the Terratex company, it will also be possible to get acquainted with siliconized canvases (outerwear, sleeping bags), insulation materials with special properties (production of technological goods with improved protective properties), as well as materials for stitching.
